Sinergy Process designs and manufactures heavy equipment for bulk solids: storage, dosing, conveyors, separators, crushers, mixers, dryers and filters, as well as complete feeding systems for alternative fuels such as RDF in cement kilns.
The new brand needed a website on a par with the best engineering companies in the world: technical enough for a plant engineer, and clear enough to show that the company delivers the whole line, from the first calculation to the final assembly.

The website opens with a CGI sequence rendered in Blender: a truck reverses up to the receiving bunker and, as the camera moves forward with the scroll, a Three.js model draws the CAD in lime over each machine along the alternative-fuel line. The sequence ends with the camera pulling back to show the complete plant in 3D CAD, with every stage labelled. The site is bilingual, in English and Spanish, and has its own vertical version on mobile.
Below come eight equipment families, the twelve material parameters every design starts from and a selection of applications with flow, particle size and moisture. A green-black and lime palette, Geist typography and an enquiry form that asks about the customer’s material from the very first message.
