The Society of Leather Technologists & Chemists is one of the UK’s oldest professional trade associations. Their legacy site was outdated and couldn’t support the membership management, conference registration, journal access, and professional grade applications the society needed to run effectively online.
The challenge was to modernise without alienating an established, traditional membership base — credibility and trust were paramount.
